Well, P.R.A.G.S. outing number 3 for 2009 took our merry band of players to the other side of Perth, and to the very picturesque course at Murrayshall. 12 P.R.A.G.S. members made it to the first tee, and, after our coffee & bacon rolls , at 11am we teed off.

The rain earlier in the week had played havoc with the bunkers resulting in all bunkers on the course being treated as G.U.R. , as decision greeting with a certain amount of enthusiasm by all P.R.A.G.S. members ! The usual stableford format , and a full handicap resulted in some pretty good points totals.

"The Ron's Do A Clean Sweep "

So the plaudits and hearty slap-on-the-backs go to RON DUNCAN for winning the P.R.A.G.S. Trophy for the first time with a magnificent 41 points, well done Ron ! Runner-Up was RON HARRIMAN with a very creditable 38 points.

Nearest the pin went to RON DUNCAN , who won a sleeve of balls, and completing an excellent day for Mr.Duncan.

Longest drive didn't materialise as the clubhouse forgot to put the distance marker on the tee for us.

A most enjoyable end to the day was a very succulently tasting roast beef platter.
