P.R.A.G.S. Outing @ Kingussie Golf Club on Thursday 28th May 2009

A much better day greeted the P.R.A.G.S. second outing of the year at Kingussie. On a calm and mild Thursday morning 15 members gathered to try winning our coveted Trophy. 5 groups of 3 tee'd off at 11am and battle commenced. Some members brought their camera's along and this month we have a plethera of images to admire. Some pics are here, and the majority are at our Flicker site at ~ http://www.flickr.com/groups/prags/pool/show/ A good day was had by all , playing stapleford format 3/4 handicap with prizes for the overall winner of the PRAGS Trophy , plus prizes for the runner up , nearest the pin on the 7th , and nearest the pin in 2 shots on the 18th. Congratulations to ANDY WALKER who just pipped Ron Duncan ( that's twice Ron has finished runner-up ) to capture the most treasured trophy ~ The Prags Trophy with a stapleford score of 36 points, a brilliant score , well done Andy ! MUNGO MUNRO took the prize for nearest the pin, with BERT MACKAY completing a succesful day with 1st prize for nearest the pin on the 18th in 2 shots. |
